Free Shipping Policy — Australia Only

At Dressed by Elle, we are committed to providing a smooth and convenient hire experience. All hire dress orders shipped within Australia are eligible for free standard shipping (does not including return delivery).

Shipping Details:

  • Free standard shipping is available for all hire dress orders Australia-wide

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM AEST are dispatched on the same business day

  • Metro deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 business days

  • Regional and remote areas may require up to 3 business days

 

Local Pick Up:

Local pickup is available by appointment from our studio located at 45 Daisy Street, Greystanes NSW 2145. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with available collection times and instructions. All pickups must occur within the hire period and garments must be returned to the same location by the agreed return date.

Delivery Service:

  • Shipments are handled via Australia Post or other trusted courier partners

  • Every order includes tracking information to monitor delivery status

Returns:

  • A return satchel is included with each hire dress order

  • To return your item, simply place the dress in the satchel and drop it off at your local post office or approved drop-off point
